Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Token Electronics LLC ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Whale Tracker iOS application ("the App"). By using the App you agree to this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account we store your email address and, if you sign in with Apple, the identifier Apple returns to us. We never receive your Apple password.
Subscription Information
We record which tier (Free, Pro, Elite) you are on so the App can unlock the correct features. All payment processing is handled by Apple. We never see your credit card, billing address, or Apple ID password.
User Content
If you add custom wallets to monitor, we store those wallet addresses linked to your account.
Diagnostic Information
We collect anonymous crash and performance reports through Apple's built-in tools when you opt in via iOS Settings. These reports are not linked to your identity.
What We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect your contacts, photos, location, microphone, or camera data.
- We do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
- We do not track you across other apps or websites.
- We do not sell your data.
2. How We Use Information
- To authenticate you and keep you signed in.
- To deliver the signal feed and leaderboard data appropriate to your tier.
- To provide customer support when you email us.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Data Storage & Security
User data is stored on Supabase infrastructure in the United States, encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Only authenticated application servers can access user records. We follow industry-standard practices to protect the data we hold.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the service providers required to operate the App:
- Apple — for App Store distribution, Sign in with Apple, and subscription processing.
- Supabase — for authentication and database hosting.
- Polymarket public API — we query public on-chain and Polymarket data. No personal user data is sent to Polymarket.
We may disclose information if required by law, valid legal process, or to protect rights and safety.
5. Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from within the App: open Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion permanently removes your user record, saved wallets, API keys, and subscription links from our servers. The action cannot be undone. If you have an active paid subscription, cancel it in iOS Settings first so Apple stops billing.
6. Children
Whale Tracker is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Email us at casey@tokenelectronics.io to exercise these rights.
8. Investment Disclaimer
Whale Tracker surfaces public on-chain activity for informational purposes only. It is not financial advice, does not place trades on your behalf, and does not guarantee any outcome. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here and the effective date above will be updated.
