Subscriptions & Billing

What do the paid tiers unlock?

How do I cancel or manage my subscription?

Open the iOS Settings app → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → tap Whale Tracker. From there you can cancel, change tier, or see the renewal date. Apple handles all billing; we never see your card details.

How do I restore a subscription on a new device?

Open Whale Tracker, go to the paywall, and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID that originally purchased the subscription.

I was charged but don't see my subscription active.

Force-quit the app and reopen it, then tap Restore purchases on the paywall. If that doesn't resolve it, email us with your Apple receipt and we'll sort it out.

Using the App

What is a "signal"?

A signal is published when one of the tracked whale wallets places a bet of at least $750 on Polymarket. Each signal shows the trader, the market, the side (YES/NO), and the size. Signals are info-only — Whale Tracker does not place trades for you.

How often does the leaderboard update?

The top-50 leaderboard is ranked by weekly PnL and refreshes every hour. The signal feed polls Polymarket every 15 seconds for new whale activity.

Why is the free feed delayed 30 minutes?

The real-time feed is what Pro and Elite subscribers pay for. Free users still get the same signals, just on a 30-minute delay and capped at 5 at a time.

Account

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings inside the app → scroll to the Account section → tap Delete Account. Confirm in the dialog. This permanently removes your user record, saved wallets, API keys, and subscription links from our servers, and signs you out on-device. The action cannot be undone. If you also want to cancel your paid subscription, do that first in iOS Settings (see above) so Apple stops renewing it.

I forgot my password / can't sign in.

Whale Tracker uses Sign in with Apple and email sign-in. For email accounts, tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen and we'll email a reset link. For Apple accounts, sign-in is handled entirely by Apple — there's no separate password to recover.
