Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Token Electronics LLC ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Life Planner iOS application ("the App"). By using the App you agree to this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you sign in with Apple we receive an anonymous Apple identifier and, if you authorize it, your name and a relay email address. When you sign up with email we store your email address.
User Content
Life Planner stores the content you enter — journal notes, habits, goals, mood entries, gratitude logs, and template data — on our servers so it can sync across your devices. This content is treated as private to you.
Diagnostic Information
We collect anonymous crash and performance reports through Apple's built-in tools when you opt in via iOS Settings. These reports are not linked to your identity.
What We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect your contacts, photos, location, microphone, or camera data.
- We do not use third-party advertising SDKs.
- We do not track you across other apps or websites.
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not read, mine, or train on the content you store in the App.
2. How We Use Information
- To authenticate you and keep you signed in.
- To sync your entries, habits, and goals across your devices.
- To provide customer support when you email us.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Data Storage & Security
User data is stored on Supabase infrastructure in the United States, encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Only authenticated application servers can access user records, and row-level security rules ensure each user can only read and write their own rows.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the service providers required to operate the App:
- Apple — for App Store distribution and Sign in with Apple.
- Supabase — for authentication and database hosting.
We may disclose information if required by law, valid legal process, or to protect rights and safety.
5. Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from within the App: open Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion permanently removes your user record and all synced entries, templates, habits, goals, and mood data from our servers, and signs you out on-device. The action cannot be undone.
6. Children
Life Planner is rated 4+ but is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Email us at casey@tokenelectronics.io to exercise these rights.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here and the effective date above will be updated.
